Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance and will be displayed during the checkout process on our website, after you enter your address information. If your delivery address is not available on the website, please contact the shop directly. 

Delivery Times

We provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 pm local time. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next business day if not otherwise specified. If you have specific time constraints or preferences, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully delivered, we will send you a confirmation via email. In the event that we encounter any issues with the delivery, we will promptly notify you and work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Recipient Contact

To maintain the highest level of service, our team contacts every recipient prior to their scheduled flower delivery. This allows us to confirm the recipient's availability and guarantee that the flowers are received in optimal condition. Delivery to Businesses and Institutions

For deliveries to businesses, hospitals, schools, and other institutions, please provide as much information as possible, including the recipient's full name, department, room number, and any other relevant details. This ensures a smooth delivery process.

Delivery to Residential Addresses

When delivering to residential addresses, please make sure to provide accurate delivery instructions, including gate codes, apartment numbers, or any other pertinent information that will assist our delivery personnel.

Delivery during Peak Seasons

During peak floral seasons, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we may experience a higher volume of orders. We recommend placing your order in advance to secure your preferred delivery date and time. 

Changes to Delivery Instructions

If you need to make changes to your delivery instructions after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any modifications, but changes made close to the delivery time may be challenging to implement.
