At Flower Street Florist, we take great pride in providing you with fresh flowers. We want you to love your purchase, and we are here to ensure your satisfaction. Please take a moment to read our return policy carefully. All sales are final.Â
1. Quality: We guarantee that all our flowers are fresh and of the highest quality. If your flowers arrive wilted or damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To assist us in resolving the issue, we will request a photo of the flowers. Any issues must be communicated to us within 24 hours of receiving the florals. Refunds will not be issued past this window.Â
2. Style Preferences: While we strive to create stunning arrangements tailored to your requests, all our arrangements are ultimately designers’s choice. This is to ensure we can consistently utilize the freshest most in season blooms for your florals. To that end, differences in color, shape, or style from what you envisioned cannot be grounds for return. We encourage you to trust our florists’ expertise in crafting beautiful arrangements. If you have specific preferences, please communicate these during your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
3. Perishable Nature of Flowers: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been enjoyed for more than 24 hours. Flowers are delicate and require special care, so once they are in your possession, we cannot guarantee their condition. We recommend following our care instructions to ensure longevity.
4. Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with delivery, such as late arrival or missed delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours. We are committed to resolving any delivery problems and ensuring you receive your order as intended. Please reference our delivery policy for more information.Â
5. Refund & Resolutions: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If the issue does not constitute a refund we may offer an alternative such as a replacement of equal or lesser value. These issues are handled on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to make the appropriate judgment call on whether or not the order will receive a resolution. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure a seamless process.
